From the beginning, I have made it clear that the seller requires all prospective buyers to view the property prior to accepting any offer. I followed up with a proposed date and asked for a time that would work best.

Since then, I have not received confirmation of a walkthrough time, nor any updated offer or contract terms.
As of this morning, I reiterated that if your client remains interested, the next step is to schedule a walkthrough and submit an updated offer. At this point, I have not received further direction from you.
Please let me know how you and your client would like to proceed. I am happy to move forward once the seller's requirements have been met.
